Real Estate Inspections
During spring and summer months please allow a minimum of three days notice. In some cases I may be booked up to 5-7 days in advance, therefore you may want to plan accordingly and ask your agent to secure a minimum 10 day option period. New Construction Phase Inspections We can usually accomodate these on as little as 24-48 hours notice
Important Notice on Utilities ( Water, Gas & Electric ) It is your responsibility to confirm that any inspection requiring utilities are active and all equipment to be inspected is fully operational. I do not perform re-inspections and a FULL fee will be charged regardless when I arrive at the site.
Payment Information All inspection fees are due and payable at the time of inspection. Credit card payments are accepted thruPayPal. Please note a 3% transaction fee is added to all PayPal transactions. Business and personal checks drawn on local banks are accepted.
Cancellation Policy There is a cancellation policy in effect from the time you book your inspection slot. If you are not able to keep your slot you must notify me 24 hrs. prior to your time slot or you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $ 200.00 minimum.
