Residential Real Estate Inspections
Traditional Inspections for Existing Homes
For Buyers
If you are Buying an existing home, I perform an evaluation of all visible and accessible systems and components of the house as mandated by the Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice guidelines. My detailed written report will list areas of concern I am reporting on as well as suggestions for improvement.
Additional comments may also contain advisory's that I feel you need to consider that may fall outside the scope of reporting guidelines or may simply be advisory's related to general upkeep and maintenance.
As part of the Inspection, I will provide an opinion of Performance on the foundation. That opinion is based on visible and accessible indicators and is not a warranty or guarantee of future performance. A more in depth and detailed Foundation is always available from a local Registered Engineer. A list of local Engineer's can be found in the Helpful Links section of this website
